Mr. Asher Zeng has over five years of experience in project and quality management of pharmaceutical equipment, including filling machines, freeze-dryers, L&U units, isolators, VHP sterilizers, and capping machines. He also brings more than four years of experience in facility validation (HVAC, tunnel, filler, freeze-dryer, L&U, isolator, VHP, autoclave, capping, bung processor) and isolator design. He has a deep understanding of GMP regulations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Technical Application Manager, Tofflon Group
Mrs. Claire Chong holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biotechnology from the University of Liverpool and has over eight years of experience in the bioprocessing industry, with expertise in both upstream and downstream drug substance production. As part of the technical application team, she supports customers in scale-up trials and downstream application studies, including tangential flow filtration (TFF), sterile and virus filtration, and chromatography solutions.

Ms. Joanna Ding holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London, with a strong background in microbiology and human metabolism. She has extensive experience in clinical trials, R&D, and vaccine solutions at Tofflon, focusing on the biopharmaceutical industry. Her work involves single-use products for monoclonal antibodies and vaccines, marketing analysis, technology development, production processes, tech transfer, process design, project management, and optimizing single-use and hybrid platforms internationally.
