DCVMN Training Offerings

DCVMN

Training Offerings

E-learning Platform

The e-learning platform consolidates extensive technical and scientific knowledge, providing member companies with free access to online learning materials. It offers a wide range of self-paced modules on various technical topics of common interest, allowing learners to enroll and complete courses at their own convenience.

Technology Transfer Training

Recognizing the critical role of technology transfers, we have developed the DCVMN Technology Transfer Training Programme. This comprehensive initiative facilitates knowledge exchange and skill development among vaccine manufacturers, focusing on the intricacies of vaccine production and the tech-transfer process.

Training Workshops

Our workshops enhance participants’ understanding of emerging biotechnologies and global GMP standards, offering practical implementation guidance.

Train The Trainers

The objective of this project is to enhance the technical skills of trainers to build a self-sufficient and sustainable vaccine manufacturing workforce in Africa. DCVMN will support the African Union by organizing a range of capacity-building workshops—spanning virtual reality, in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Training Directory

In collaboration with the NIIMBL, PATH, and Nexight Group, DCVMN developed a web-based directory of biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing training and professional development resources aiming to help vaccine manufacturing professionals worldwide stay at the forefront.

Webinar Series

The webinar series aims to enhance awareness of best practices and policies in quality management by providing up-to-date information on new standards, technologies, regulatory procedures, and quality system development.

Virtual Reality (VR) bridges the gap between theoretical learning and practical training, offering employees a safe, simulated environment to gain hands-on experience before entering the physical manufacturing setup. These modules are free for our members, and we want to help them integrate VR technology into their workforce training programs. Our aim is to substantially expand this library, covering a diverse array of subjects.
