This form is an online service that allows consultants and consulting companies to submit key information for listing in the internal DCVMN database serving our corporate members. Listing is dependent on submitting all required information and must be updated annually to remain active. Submission of information does not guarantee a listing in this database. The decision to list or remove a listing remains solely with the DCVMN. All personal and professional information submitted will be held in strict confidentiality.

DCVMN members who find a potential match between consultant capabilities and their needs will make independent contact and undertake contracting processes under their own procedures. DCVMN does not provide consultant selection or contracting services to members, and does not act as a mediator in consulting engagements.

DCVMN is neither responsible nor liable for any statement made by the consultants listed in this database., nor for their past or future performance of work.
