The 1st International Conference on Public Health in Africa (CPHIA 2021), hosted by the Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) and African Union, taking place virtually 14-16 December 2021.
CPHIA 2021 comes at a critical time for the continent and the world. COVID-19 has strained health systems globally, and with limited access to vaccines in Africa, the pandemic has laid bare deep inequities in access to healthcare and scientific innovations. CPHIA aims to place public health at the center of the continent’s Agenda 2063 – the Africa we Want.
This three-day conference will bring together leading health professionals, researchers, public health experts and policymakers to discuss how we usher in a new era of strengthened scientific collaboration and innovation and to secure Africa’s future.
