The present call for expression of interest refers to independent expert technical assistance providing consulting services on engineering consulting for vaccine manufacturing buildings/facilities in concept design and/or review of vaccine manufacturing plants and operating systems compliant with global GMP requirements (WHO-GMP) based on an initial assessment of manufacturers through mock-audit or self-inspection tools. The location of services can be any of the following countries: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, China Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, Taipei and Vietnam. DCVMN reserves all the rights to withdraw the call for expression of interest, and to modify or cancel the project at any point in time before agreement signature, if funds are not available timely.
