Covid-19 pandemic has posed a lot changes within the vaccine sector. Vaccine development usually is a time-consuming multistep process and related regulatory approvals how to deal with the major challenges and race against time to ensure the manufacturing, safety and quality control of vaccines. It requires a quick, flexible and effective manufacturing of vaccines in case of new viruses/variants. In this two-half days’ workshop, Tofflon will present the end-to-end vaccine manufacturing solution from vaccine manufacturing facility, regulatory requirements, SUT (single-use technology), hybrid large-scale manufacturing system, aseptic filing and inspection to ensure vaccine manufacturing safety, quality, and effectiveness, as well as making them affordable and available in a timely manner.
