InDevR Webinar: Highly Multiplexed, 30-minute VaxArray Immunoassay for Pneumococcal Vaccine Antigen Characterization
8th of June at 14:00-15:00 CET.
Brief Abstract: This presentation will highlight the VaxArray Pneumococcal Assay, a newly available standardized, off-the-shelf kit for simultaneous identity, quantity, and stability testing of 23 vaccine-relevant pneumococcal serotypes. Following an introduction to the VaxArray Platform and intended applications of the assay, we will present key analytical performance metrics generated during assay validation for a wide variety of native polysaccharides, CRM197-conjugates, and final vaccine materials including both pneumococcal polysaccharide and pneumococcal conjugate vaccines to highlight the assay’s potential to streamline pneumococcal vaccine development and manufacturing efforts around the globe.
